Returns & Exchanges

At Isalis, we want you to love your curated finds, but if a piece isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items with original tags within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all sale items and intimate apparel are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and receive a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 5 days of generating your return request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus an $8 restocking fee, within 7-10 business days.
